Purpose

iFlySEO is an online service for generating editorial content with artificial intelligence and for managing and publishing content, including a WordPress plugin. These terms govern the use of the website and the service.

Accounts

To use the service you must be 14 or older and provide truthful data. The account is personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and those of your connected sites. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law.

AI-generated content

Articles and texts are generated automatically with artificial intelligence models and may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. You must review content before publishing it and are the editorial owner of everything you publish.

Under the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation, if you publish content intended to inform the public about matters of public interest without it having passed a human review with editorial control, you are responsible for indicating that it has been generated with artificial intelligence.

Permitted and prohibited use

It is forbidden to use the service to publish illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights (defamation, incitement to hatred, impersonation, misleading disinformation, spam, fraud), as well as to employ techniques aimed at abusively manipulating search results. Reselling access, abusively automating requests or reverse-engineering the platform is also prohibited. You are responsible for complying with the regulations applicable to your activity (intellectual property, data protection, advertising, consumer and sector regulations).

Intellectual property

Content generated and paid for your sites is licensed to you for use on your own media. iFlySEO retains ownership of the platform, software, templates and designs. The WordPress plugin is distributed under the GPL licence. Trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of specific ranking, traffic or revenue results. We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but do not guarantee it without interruption; there may be interruptions due to maintenance, updates or third-party incidents (AI providers, hosting or payments).

Liability

Within legal limits, iFlySEO is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. You are responsible for the content you publish. The artificial intelligence models are third-party and we cannot fully guarantee their responses.

Changes

We may update these terms due to legal or service changes. We will notify you by email or via the website with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service implies your acceptance.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

Spanish law applies. If you act as a consumer, the courts of your domicile will have jurisdiction; you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). We recommend contacting support@iflyseo.com first.
