Data controller

The data controller is the entity that owns iFlySEO (OPTIMA MARKET CONSULTING, S.L.). You can contact us at support@iflyseo.com with any question about your data.

Data we process

Account: username, email, name and password (encrypted).

Connected domains: site address, configuration, keywords, business description and WordPress credentials (encrypted).

Content: generated articles, drafts, versions and assistant conversations.

Billing: payment details, billing address and VAT number where applicable, processed by Stripe and Cuéntica.

Technical data: pseudonymised IP addresses and service usage metrics. We do not sell personal data.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the contracted service (performance of the contract), issuing and retaining invoices (legal obligation), protecting the service and measuring its use (legitimate interest) and handling your requests (consent where applicable).

Retention

Cancellation does not delete your account. My Account remains accessible; domains, campaigns, settings and articles are kept until you delete the account, with no automatic expiry due to cancellation. Reactivate a plan to use them again.

Analysis cache expires after 30 days; completed queues and rejected or selected candidates after 90 days; AI usage logs after 365 days.

Closed fiscal files are automatically deleted 6 years after their last fiscal record. Files with unsettled payments or procedures are retained until resolved. The pseudonymous purchase identifier is removed when its retention expires and no associated fiscal records remain.

Encrypted local backups are retained for 14 days and do not provide an account recovery period. Payment, invoicing and hosting providers retain records under their obligations and contracts.

Processors and international transfers

We work with processors that handle data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Cuéntica (invoicing), DeepSeek (content generation) and our hosting provider. DeepSeek provides the service from outside the European Economic Area (China); the transfer relies on appropriate contractual safeguards and only the data needed to generate the requested content is sent.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as object to or restrict its processing. From My Account you can download a copy of your data (Download my data) and delete your account (Delete account).

What happens when you delete your account

This action is irreversible. You cannot recover the account or deleted data.

Your domains, articles, campaigns, settings and conversations are deleted from iFlySEO. Access is revoked and the profile is pseudonymised.

We cancel subscriptions before completing erasure. If the provider is unavailable, we disable access and automatically retry cancellation and deletion.

Articles already published on WordPress or another platform remain on your website. This action does not remove them.

Security

We encrypt credentials and sensitive data, restrict team access, log activity with pseudonymised IP addresses and take encrypted backups of the service.

Cookies

We only use technical cookies necessary to keep your session. No analytics or advertising cookies are installed without your consent.

Minors

The service is intended for people aged 14 or over. We do not knowingly process data of minors under that age; if you tell us, we will delete it.

Complaints

If you believe we do not process your data correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). We would appreciate it if you first contacted us at support@iflyseo.com to resolve it as soon as possible.
