Plans and prices
Plans are billed monthly in advance in euros: Business €79.99 and Enterprise €199.99 per month, taxes included where applicable. We may update prices with reasonable notice; the new price applies at the next renewal.
Taxes and invoicing
The applicable VAT depends on your residence and tax status. EU companies with a VAT number validated in VIES: operation not subject to VAT by location rules (no VAT, reverse charge). Individuals: the corresponding VAT applies. The invoice is issued and retained in accordance with regulations; you can download it from the My Account history.
Contracting and payment
Payment is processed through Stripe; iFlySEO does not store card numbers or bank details. The service is activated once payment is confirmed.
Free trial
The first plan includes a 14-day free trial that requires registering a payment method. If you do not cancel before the period ends, the first charge will be made. The trial cannot be repeated.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically every month. You can cancel it from My Account; the service remains active until the end of the paid period and no further charges will be made.
Plan changes
When changing plans, the new plan and its amount apply, with the corresponding word and domain adjustments. The amount is confirmed before payment.
Withdrawal and refunds
EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw. As this is digital content, if the service starts with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal, it will no longer apply. However, if something does not work as expected, contact support@iflyseo.com within 14 days of payment: we will assess the refund. Refunds are processed through Stripe and accompanied by a corrective invoice.
Non-payment
If a charge cannot be completed, Stripe may retry it. While amounts are outstanding, the service may be temporarily suspended.
Customer tax details
You are responsible for providing correct tax details (NIF/VAT, billing address). Validation of the VAT number determines the tax treatment of the invoice.
